As an entrepreneur, cybersecurity professional, and lifelong learner, I’ve seen much debate about whether certifications or skills are more valuable in today’s technology. The answer isn’t black and white, but here’s what I’ve learned over the years.
*Here’s the reality:*
- Certificates matter—it build credibility, demonstrate commitment, and provide a solid foundation of knowledge. But witnessing is only the beginning, not the destination.π
-Skill is where the real impact lies. Hands-on experience in areas such as cybersecurity, AI, web development, and blockchain is very important. They demonstrate your ability to work efficiently, and innovatively and solve complex problems in real time. π
The most powerful key?** Experience! π
Experience is the key differentiator. It’s what really sets employees apart. Taking on different projects, tackling unique challenges, and learning from failure and success builds knowledge that no certification can provide. π ️
In my journey, I’ve learned that certifications open doors, but it’s the mix of skills and experience that gets you ahead. So, invest in continuing education and hands-on, real-world applications. The future belongs to those who are good at both. π And so on
